Your role
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to support our clients in their digital transformation.
You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT teams. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT departments, you will analyse business processes, define functional specifications, support development teams and coordinate solution validation.
Key responsibilities
Business requirements analysis
- Gather and analyse business and user requirements.
- Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
Solution design and documentation
Define data flows and use cases.
Produce functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Testing and validation
Contribute to the definition of test cases and acceptance criteria.
Verify that delivered solutions comply with functional specifications.
Coordinate testing and user acceptance activities with end users.
User support and training
Support users in adopting new features and solutions.
Contribute to user documentation and training.
Technology watch and continuous improvement
Keep up to date with technology trends and developments.
Recommend innovative solutions and best practices to improve business processes.
Your profile
You hold a degree in engineering or business and have 5 to 7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
You have:
Excellent documentation, communication and active listening skills.
A rigorous approach and strong attention to detail.
The ability to collaborate with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques, such as BPMN.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Curiosity about new IT solutions and technologies.
An entrepreneurial mindset aligned with Afster’s values.
