Your missions:

As an IT Project Director, you will be responsible for the success of complex or high-stakes projects for our Large Account or Mid-Market clients.
You will oversee overall project delivery, strategic alignment, budget management, and project team leadership.
Your role is twofold: ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and foster the growth of the talents you manage.

Your responsibilities:

Governance and strategic management

  • Structure, launch, and frame high-visibility programs or projects

  • Define project governance (Steering Committee, bodies, KPIs)

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: scoping, design, execution, and deployment

  • Ensure compliance with commitments regarding budget, quality, timelines, and security

Project team management

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, both internal and/or external

  • Guide and motivate project managers and functional or technical consultants

  • Monitor workload, foster skill development, and maintain a positive work environment

  • Serve as the liaison with business units, IT departments, vendors, and partners

Client Relations & Change Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client decision-makers

  • Support business, organizational, and technological transformations

  • Identify new development opportunities or additional assignments

  • Ensure a long-lasting and proactive trust-based relationship

Financial Monitoring and Contract Management

  • Monitor project budgets, contractual commitments, and profitability

  • Identify risks and define corresponding action plans

  • Manage responses to RFPs if needed (in collaboration with the sales team)

Candidate Profile

Graduated from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, you have at least 8 years of experience in IT project management, including a minimum of 3 years in a project or program leadership role.

You have:

  • An excellent cross-functional understanding of IT projects (infrastructure, applications, data, cloud, security, etc.)

  • A strong background in project oversight and delivery management

  • A leadership mindset, focused on the client, results, and quality

  • Full mastery of project management methodologies (Scaled Agile, Waterfall, multi-project governance)

  • Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and crisis management

  • A business-oriented approach with a strong understanding of client priorities

  • A strong interest in mentoring and supporting teams
