Your missions:

To support our Large Account and Mid-Market clients in their data strategy, we are hiring a BI / Data Consultant.
You will work on diverse projects involving data modeling, transformation, and valorization, with a focus on performance, decision support, and the implementation of data-driven solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Business needs analysis and scoping

Gather functional requirements from business teams
Understand the strategic stakes related to data (reporting, management, performance, quality)
Participate in defining the target decision-making architecture

Design & implementation of BI / Data solutions

Model data warehouses (Datawarehouse, Datamart)
Develop ETL/ELT workflows (using Talend, Data Factory, SSIS, etc.)
Implement data visualization solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
Automate reports and dashboards according to business requirements

Data quality et gouvernance

Contribute to the implementation of data governance best practices
Participate in data quality initiatives and master data management
Work closely with data, IT, and business teams to ensure the reliability and consistency of datasets

Skills Development & Client Support

Train key users on the use of BI tools
Draft technical and functional documentation
Provide post-deployment support to ensure solution adoption

Candidate Profile

Graduate from an engineering school, business school, or a university program focused on data/IT, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in BI or data projects.

You have:

A solid understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional, star schema, snowflake schema…)
Proficiency in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…)
Experience integrating data with ETL tools (Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory…)
Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus
The ability to communicate data concepts clearly to business teams and work in project mode
Genuine curiosity about the data world and its evolutions (data governance, AI, advanced data visualization…)
