Your missions:
To support the growth of our key accounts and mid-sized clients in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, we are recruiting a Functional and/or Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure and Applications). Depending on your profile, you will work on infrastructure, application, or cross-functional projects, from the requirements gathering phase through to deployment.
Your role? Lead IT projects while ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and above all, customer satisfaction are met.
Your responsibilities:
Project scoping and management
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Write specifications, schedules, and workload plans
- Structure projects (planning, budget, resources, risks)
- Coordinate all stakeholders (business teams, IT, service providers)
Operational monitoring and reporting
- Lead project teams (internal and external)
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and oversee deliverables
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees and project meetings
- Set up clear and regular reporting for clients
Technical oversight (for technical profiles)
- Supervise technical architectures, infrastructure environments, migrations, or deployments
- Validate technical choices and ensure correct execution of work
- Coordinate testing, production go-live, and post-deployment support phases
Change management and support
- Assist users in digital transformation (training, communication, change management)
- Ensure proper adoption of tools and processes implemented
Candidate Profile
With a higher education degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program), you have at least 5 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, whether functional and/or technical.
You have:
- Excellent ability to structure and manage complex projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and a true leadership mindset
- Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, V-cycle, Prince2, ITIL…)
- Strong knowledge of technical environments (infrastructure, networks, applications, cloud, cybersecurity…)
- Ability to communicate with both technical experts and business leaders
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a culture of delivery and customer satisfaction
