Your missions:

As Area Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for business development, structuring the client portfolio, and driving revenue growth across Spain and Portugal.

You will act as the business lead for the region, working closely with management and delivery teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the Iberia commercial strategy, aligned with the company’s overall roadmap
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio (SMEs, large enterprises, startups, partners)
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités :

    • Réseaux locaux
    • Partenariats stratégiques
  • Porter l’ensemble du cycle de vente, pour le marché local comme pour l’activité de nearshore :
    • Qualification des leads
    • Construction des offres
    • Négociation et closing
    • Ensure the quality of proposals and delivery (mission follow-ups, etc.) and implement continuous improvement action plans
    • Contribute to recruitment objectives (sourcing, qualification interviews, job offers)
    • Manage local resources (career path definition, team leadership, regular performance reviews)
    • Provide regular reporting to management
    • Strengthen the company’s visibility in the local market (events, tech ecosystem, professional networks)

     

    Candidate Profile

    • Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in business development within an IT consulting firm or IT services company
    • Strong knowledge of the Spanish and/or Portuguese markets
    • Experience selling IT services / consulting services
    • Ability to work autonomously in an SME environment
    • Strong business and results-driven mindset
    • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

              Languages

              • Portuguese: fluent
              • English: professional level
              • French: a plus
